U.S. Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld II said 58-year-old David B. Phillips of Charles Town, owner and operator of Phillips Technologies as well as Rebuilder Medical Technologies in Jefferson County, and 56-year-old Bryan Sheldon of Charles Town, the president of Rebuilder Medical Technologies, were named in the indictment, returned Jan. 6 in Clarksburg. more |
